For Parkway, the execution of this lease represents the first childcare operator brought to Greenway Plaza. With more than 375 schools across the country, Primrose is excited to help Parkway offer tenants at Greenway Plaza the premier experience Primrose parents nationwide have come to love. The new Primrose school at 3 Greenway Plaza will be operated by a Houston-area franchise owner who already owns several Primrose schools and will offer education and care for children ages 6 weeks to 36 months old. “As we continue to introduce additional amenities as part of our repositioning efforts at Greenway Plaza, this is an exciting new chapter that addresses the changing and evolving needs of today’s work force. We are pleased to add the Primrose childcare center to the amenities at Greenway Plaza, that include quality food and fitness offerings,” stated Mike Fransen, Chief Operating Officer of Parkway. “The Greenway neighborhood was already a successful location, but with the addition of a Primrose facility at Greenway Plaza, Primrose will provide an additional education and childcare option to tenants at Greenway Plaza and Greenway residents alike,” stated John Rosen, VP of Real Estate & Development of Primrose.
